This past Friday for our family night we decided to go for pizza uptown. At the dinner table the family was brainstorming ways that we could continue to fundraise for the Belize trip. We came up with some good ideas and were feeling pretty excited (though daunted) about the whole thing. The children excused themselves from the table to go wash up for dinner when a gentleman from another table came by.
"Excuse me," he said, "Did I hear you say that you were planning a mission trip to Belize?"
"Yes." Jonathan answered him.
"Here," he said, "It's not much, but it's something to help you on your way" and he put a twenty on our table and wished the boys well.
That was an amazing, unexpected encouragement! Thank you kind stranger, and thank you Jesus for your provision and encouragement!
